Digital products

AlexSignal sells digital playbooks delivered as PDF downloads. After a successful payment you receive an instant download link by email and on the confirmation page. Each purchase includes both the English and Simplified Chinese editions, lifetime access, and free edition updates.

License

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license. You may use the playbooks for your own business and keep copies on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share the files.

Refunds

Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If something is wrong with your purchase — a broken download, a duplicate charge, or the content genuinely isn't what was described — email hello@alexsignal.com and we will make it right.
