Refund policy

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been delivered. However, if you experience technical issues accessing your download, please contact us at support@alexsignal.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund. If you have not yet downloaded the product, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
